Salary Cap

I am thinking of removing the Salary Cap Hit. This way people don't have to worry about being under the cap or above it..

There will still be a section for signing your UFA's and RFA's.

No it should not. Then people could just offer UFAs 100 million dollars and I think we'd end up getting some really stacked teams. Teams that have a low payroll now should be given the chance to improve through free agency.

No.... depending on the teams players and looks of cap that will decide how much they can spend on UFAs

You should give UFA spending money for free agency, and determine how much per team awed on bow well they did, how much cap they have now, and how good there roster is. And how are we gonnna do the draft if we don't have overall's anymore....

Why would we need to know Overalls to do draft? I will use the exact same list from the old BAGHL.
